Located approximately 60km off the Geraldton coast, the Houtman Abrolhos is an archipelago comprising 122 islands surrounded by crystal blue waters and an abundance of sea life. The Islands comprise three major groups, the Wallabi, Easter and Pelsaert Groups, stretching from north to south across 100 kilometres of ocean.

Edjargo Marine offers 3, 4 or 5 day live-aboard charters from April-June onboard our 60' luxury vessel, Highland Spirit. One thing that sets us apart from the rest is that we take a maximum of 7 passengers on each trip, compared to sometimes double that with other companies, on similar sized vessels. This fact ensures that you have plenty of space resulting in an extremely comfortable and enjoyable trip.

We encounter an array of both Northern and Southern species of fish including, WA Dhufish, Baldchin Groper, Spanish Mackerel, Tuna, Pink Snapper, Cobia, Coral Trout and Spangled Emperor, as well as an abundance of Western Rock Lobster.

A typical day onboard 'Highland Spirit' starts with breakfast and a cup of tea or coffee while watching a spectacular sunrise over the islands. Shortly after we venture out to the day's fishing grounds, which will vary on a day-to-day basis considering many factors including weather. We have lunch, keep fishing and then return to the islands to moor up for the night. Generally there is an opportunity most days to have a snorkel in the beautiful, clear waters, including the chance to try and snare yourself a crayfish!

Everything is included on our trips apart from alcohol, which you may bring yourself. All meals, soft drink and water are inclusive as well as fishing gear and fillets being vacuum sealed and frozen for your convenience.
